Wrist Curl and Movement

Place the palm of your affected hand on the table, palm down. Using the palm of the non-affected hand, slide the palm of the affected hand left and right. Next, try bending your wrist up and down. Repeat both tasks slowly for 10 reps. Wrist movement exercises to aid in the improvement of range of motion and strengthening the forearm.  

Lying Rotation

  1. You should lie on your back with your knees bent. 
  2. Allow your knees to fall to the right gradually.

Seated Pushups

Lying on One’s Side Clams

With your knees bent and your feet together, lie on your side. Slowly raise the upper knee toward the ceiling, hold it for 10 seconds, and lower it. Your hips should not be rolled back. This exercise will work various core muscles and aid in the development of strength.  

Lie on the floor and perform bilateral leg cycling. Lift your legs off the ground as if you were cycling. Begin slowly cycling in the air. This can assist in regaining a strong, healthy core.  

Cup Pass Behind the Neck/waist

Sit on a chair next to a table in front. Stack a few disposable plastic/paper cups on the table. Looking straight ahead, take the first cup and pass it to your other hand behind your neck. On the other hand, place the cup on the table. Continue doing this until you have gone through all the paper cups in the stack. Repeat the process by passing the cups behind your waist and the top of your pants line. This more advanced shoulder exercise will help you improve your shoulder mobility and control.
