Style And Designs

The aesthetics and designs of the two bikes diverge. The two motorbikes appear to be quite similar to one another, but with little bike knowledge, you can easily tell which motorcycle is which: the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is a trailblazer, while the NS160 is a road machine.
Both have somewhat different front forks, wheels, tyres, brakes, and chassis. The younger Bajaj Pulsar NS160 has rear drum brakes and a kick starter, which is another cosmetic difference. Except these, both Bajaj Bikes have a tough appearance, with the Wolf face headlamp assembly and sharp lines complementing the entire design.

Engine And Performance

The 199.5cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine of the Pulsar NS200 produces 18.74 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm and 24 bhp at 9,500 rpm, both of which are developed from the KTM 200 engine. The NS200’s front suspension consists of 37mm telescopic forks, whereas the NS160’s telescopic forks & T stem are a little bit slimmer. Both motorcycles are outfitted with mono shock absorbers loaded with Nitrox and a piggyback gas canister. Both bikes use steel perimeter frames that improve handling by providing high rigidity and minimal flex. The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 features thinner profile tires with sizes of 80/100 – 17 46P and 110/80 – 17 57P, whereas the Pulsar NS200 has sizes of 100/80 – 17 52P and 130/70 – 17 62P.
